The College of DuPage Continuing Education Department is offering “Hidden Gems of America’s National Park System” on Thursday, March 11, 2021 from 1 PM to 3 PM. This will be an online session. Advanced registration is required. Those interested may get details at ce@cod.edu .
Course Description: We’ll explore our national park system’s stunning hidden gems, places largely unfamiliar to the general public and all but serious park enthusiasts and rangers. We’ll cover sites from across the continent and into the Pacific and Caribbean, exploring lesser known but spectacular natural and historical parks that remain some of our National Park Service’s best kept secrets.
